The annual academic vacations are often the right occasion to start a new activity or to focus on a favorite. The best way to learn and progress is to practice regularly, and Tennis is no exception. On average, a child or teenager will play 50 to 100 hours of Tennis a year. To put in context, a player like Rafael Nadal records about 20 hours of training per week.
The “Tennis Evolution” teaching system ensures real progress as it details concentrated training and a high number of training hours. The frequent and daily repetitions of the movement allow the Player to develop faster muscle memory and automatic movement.
Our training programs develop all the technical aspects of our methods, at different degrees of difficulty and requirements, according to ability.
The Coach delivers 3 different training camps, based on ability:
Details of each scheduled Tennis Camp will be made available on our website in due course. Those players who would be interested in attending a Tennis Camp, either in the UAE or Overseas, please send your details in an email to info@thecoach.ae and we will put you on a distribution list to inform you of upcoming events. |
